These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on our website. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose and scope: These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of household appliances and electronic products. Only the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order are applicable.
2. Products and prices: The essential characteristics of the products (capacity, dimensions, power, warranty, etc.) are described on each product page. Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (including VAT) at the time of ordering, excluding delivery charges. E-Zone reserves the right to modify its prices, while committing to apply the price displayed at the time of the order.
3. Order placement and confirmation: The customer places an order by selecting the items, then providing their contact information and choosing the delivery and payment methods. Order registration constitutes acceptance of the prices and these terms and conditions. The sale is considered final upon payment confirmation.
4. Payment: Accepted payment methods are cash on delivery (cash or mobile POS), bank cards, or any other method presented at the time of ordering. In case of fraud or non-payment, E-Zone reserves the right to suspend the order.
5. Delivery: Products are deliverable to Morocco (see "Delivery and Returns" section). If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, the customer will be informed of the restocking time or offered an equivalent product.
6. Right of withdrawal: In accordance with Moroccan consumer protection law, the customer has 7 days from the date of receipt to return the product and obtain a refund. Items must be returned new, complete, and in their original packaging.
7. Guarantees: All products come with a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year (after-sales service provided by authorized Sharp or Roch centers). If a defect is detected within 7 days, an immediate exchange is possible; after that, the warranty is limited to repair or, if the product is deemed irreparable, to an exchange.
8. Liability: E-Zone cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or products.
9. Intellectual property: all elements of the site (texts, images, logos) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
10. Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
