Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 1000 MAD anywhere in Morocco. For orders below 1000 MAD, a delivery fee applies based on your location.

Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days throughout Morocco. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

What warranty do your products come with?
Roch brand products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Sharp brand products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
