Agreement between User and Ezone Retail

Delivery methods: E-Zone offers two delivery methods:

  1. In-store pickup : Free, available at our showrooms in Casablanca and other major cities. Select "In-store pickup" when ordering and present your proof of purchase to collect your product.
  2. Home delivery : We deliver throughout Morocco. Delivery is free within a 40 km radius of the cities where we operate directly (Casablanca, Agadir, etc.). Beyond this radius, fees will apply, calculated based on the destination, weight/volume, and number of items. Delivery times generally range from 24 hours to 3 business days , and will not exceed 10 days after order confirmation. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


Reception and responsibilities

  1. The customer must provide accurate contact information and ensure their availability for delivery. Failure to collect the package or requesting delayed delivery may result in a holding fee.
  2. Responsibility is transferred upon delivery of the products to the customer. E-Zone accepts no liability for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).


Right of withdrawal and returns

  1. In accordance with the terms and conditions, the customer has a period of 7 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal .
  2. Products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, in their original sealed packaging and with all accessories and instructions .
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to E-Zone (non-compliant product, preparation error).
  4. After verifying the product, E-Zone will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the order. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 days.


After-sales service and warranties

  1. Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year. If a defect is found and confirmed within 7 days of purchase, an immediate exchange will be offered. After that, the warranty covers repair or, if the product is deemed irreparable, an exchange for an equivalent model.
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, or impacts is not covered. Glass parts and consumable items are excluded.
  3. For large appliances, on-site after-sales service is provided within 48 business hours.
